Returns the smallest value found in the parameters.
Usage:
min(x)
min(x0,x1,...,xN)
Parameters:
- x, xN
- A scalar, vector or matrix.
Return Type:
scalar
Examples:
#min := eval min($#t1, $#t2, 1, 2, 100)
